Well, it's been a month since I started to eat better and exercise more. I've lost 8 pounds! wooo hooo! To be honest, I have not exercised consistently, but I have watched what I've eaten and I think that has helped. I cut waaayyyy back on the sugar/candy I love to eat.
I will try to walk outside more. The weather is finally warming up here.
So, at 105 days till the reunion, I think I'm on my way!
