34 months and Mommy's still standing

E & M are now 34 months old. J is almost 11.

Mommy still needs to potty-train two of them. I do not have the courage to start. I don't want the mess, disappointment or struggle.
Diapers are expensive. That must be my motivation.

Must potty-train soon.
